Personal Information.

Quad System LLC’s Site does not record your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, or similar information unless you provide it to us. This information can be received in a variety of ways, including in-person discussions, telephone conversations, electronic or other written communications and/or information requests. Quad Systems LLC uses this information to fulfill your requests, administer various programs, provide services, for other internal business purposes such as auditing, data analysis and research to improve Quad Systems LLC products, services, and customer communications purposes. We may also use the information you provide to send you marketing communications.  You may update and correct your personal information and/or request that we delete your personally identifiable information.

Automated Interactions.

Quad Systems LLC’s Site uses session IDs and cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to store on a web browser so it can later be read back from that browser. These technologies are used to help us better understand our viewers, save user’s preferences for future visits, and to help us develop new tools and features for the Site. Quad Systems LLC does do not sell or rent your personal information to outside unaffiliated parties unless we have provided you with advance notice of our intent to do so. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

How Long We Keep Information.
